Known as a self starter who can easily establish rapport, inspire trust and work extremely well with people at all levels. An effective communicator, leader and motivator who enjoys being part of a team.

Kathy is a Florida Association of Realtors Director for 2007, 2008 and 2009; Board of Director for Naples Area Board of Realtors for 2008, 2009; Chairman of the Marketing Committee for 2007; member of the Complaint Review Committee, Media Task Force, Leadership Development and MLS Committee in 2008. She has earned the designation of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager. Originally from Glenview, Illinois, she has a BA in Management and Business from Barat College in Lake Forest, Illinois.
